Zero tolerance

Sharedut prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexualisation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any other content or conduct that sexually exploits or endangers children. This applies to chat messages, comments, prayer requests, announcements, media, and profiles.

How to report in the app

Every message, comment, and post has a “Report” action, and you can block another user at any time. Reports go to your church’s moderators and to Sharedut’s safety team.

Report to us directly

Email safety@sharedut.com with your church name, what happened, and when it happened. Do not attach or forward abusive imagery.

How we respond

We review reports promptly, remove offending content, suspend or remove offending accounts, and preserve evidence as required by law.

Reporting to authorities

Confirmed or apparent CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the relevant regional or national authorities and law enforcement, in line with applicable law. If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

Child safety point of contact

safety@sharedut.com is Sharedut’s designated child safety contact and can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.

Compliance

We comply with applicable child safety laws and Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy. This page is reviewed regularly. Last updated: 30 September 2026.
