Your account and church
Faithloft helps participating churches manage their communities, communication and ministry activities. Use an account you are authorised to access, provide accurate information and protect your sign-in methods. Your church decides which features, staff permissions and content are available to its members. Its membership and safeguarding rules also apply to your participation.
Optional giving
Donations and church giving are voluntary and do not unlock digital features in the Faithloft app. Available payment methods, currencies and recurring options depend on the receiving church. Review the amount, recipient and any recurring schedule before authorising payment. Checkout may open the payment provider’s website, where that provider’s terms apply. Contact the receiving church about receipts, refunds or cancelling recurring giving. Faithloft does not promise that a gift is tax-deductible.
Organisation subscriptions
A church or organisation may separately pay for Faithloft’s administration services. The applicable plan, billing interval, included usage and cancellation terms are shown in its subscription or order details. A church’s service subscription is separate from an individual member’s optional donation.
Content and permissions
You retain the rights you hold in content you submit. You permit Faithloft to store, process and display it as needed to provide the features and audiences you choose. Upload or distribute sermons, music, images and other material only when you have the necessary rights and permissions. Respect the privacy of people mentioned in messages, prayer requests and records. Churches are responsible for the content and information their staff publish.
Community safety and acceptable use
Do not use Faithloft to harass or exploit anyone, publish unlawful content, distribute malicious software, impersonate another person or bypass access controls. Child sexual abuse and exploitation are prohibited. Use Report a concern in the app or contact safety@faithloft.org to report safeguarding concerns. Community and pastoral features are not emergency services; use the appropriate local emergency service when someone is in immediate danger. Access or content may be restricted to address abuse, security threats or legal requirements.
Service access and your data
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable during maintenance, provider outages or security incidents. Keep copies of records you need independently of the service. You can use the app’s data-request settings to request an export or account erasure. Erasure ends account access and may remove or de-identify content; some records may need to remain for financial, safeguarding or legal purposes, as described in the privacy policy. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
